Biography

Thomas Swiss is Professor of Culture and Teaching at the University of Minnesota. He is co-author of Digital Writing in the Classroom (forthcoming 2007); co-editor of New Media Poetics: Contexts/Technotexts/Theories (MIT Press, 2006), and The World Wide Web and Contemporary Cultural Theory: Magic, Metaphor, Power (Routledge, 2000); and editor of Unspun: The Web, Language, Society (New York University Press, 2001).
